Kori + Mitch | wedding
Saturday, October 31st, 2009Kori and Mitch had beautiful weather, and a beautiful wedding to match. They were married at the First United Methodist Church in Mansfield, which is a special place for Kori. It’s also a great church to shoot at – they understand the importance of having good wedding photos – and it’s beautiful as well. The reception was at Victory Arts Center in Fort Worth, which is one of the coolest wedding venues we’ve ever been to. Take all that and add a wonderful, sweet, very in-love couple surrounded by great family and friends, and some fabulous details, and it was the perfect day!

Kori’s mom helping with the dress:

Cute flowergirl:

Darek got to hear some interesting paramedic stories; a little different than the usual groomsmen pre-ceremony talk. I think this picture is funny because it looks like Mitch is giving a lecture:

Darek had a great vantage point for the ceremony and caught some wonderful emotion:

The light was beautiful when we arrived at Victory Arts Center, so of course we had to take advantage of it:

The details were wonderful:

Kori and Mitch had personalized caramel apples as favors – I thought this was such a cool and unique idea!

First dance:

We snuck out for a few cool night pictures:

One of the adorable ringbearers:

We caught Mitch’s mom doing the Thriller dance:

I think this picture is funny; there’s a lot going on:

They were sent off by super-extra-long sparklers!

Kori wanted a shot of the 4 bridesmaids spelling Love with sparklers, so we had a lot of fun getting this one. The “E” was definitely the hardest letter!

Kori and Mitch, congratulations! It was wonderful to be able to work with you guys!
