Sarah & Sam’s wedding day was full of awesomeness from the beginning – from lots of laughter while they got ready, to a sweet ceremony, to a fun-filled party to celebrate. They got married at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Dallas surrounded by family and friends (literally – the church is designed in a really interesting semi-circle). Then everyone headed downtown to 2616 Commerce for the reception where we were happy to work with Emily from Significant Events of Texas. All of their decorations were wonderfully done and I loved their unique “baseball theme” for assigning seats. After their first dance they snuck up to the roof to have a quick private meal, which I thought was brilliant – they got to spend a little bit of their first married hours alone before joining the crowd and celebrating with everyone else. And the celebration was awesome! Jeff from LeForce Entertainment kept the dance floor full as Sarah & Sam danced the night away with guests. One of my favorite parts of the night was when some of the guys hoisted Sarah up in a chair to “American Pie” – her expressions were priceless and I couldn’t stop laughing (it was planned but Sarah wasn’t 100% sure that she wouldn’t get dropped!). It was a wonderful night and we’re so happy we got to be a part of it!
Congratulations Sarah & Sam! We wish you all the best!
